We have combined the CompuTrainer technology with 3D graphics and an advanced training system to create a realistic indoor training experience.

Triathletes, cyclists and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and ages have experienced fitness and performance gains from training with this innovative technology.

Our centre is suitable for all levels and with 40 CompuTrainers and 4 treadmills you can easily get run-off-the-bike training after a bike session on the CompuTrainers.

Lunchtime Sessions

Crunched for time? Too much work? Kids stopping you from getting out on your bike in the morning?

Why not come in for a quick lunchtime session?

We run regular group indoor sessions, and can generally accomodate you if you do happen to arrive out of the listed session times.

Our centre also has shower facilities so you can go straight to work or meetings (or the coffee shop) after your training session.

Bicycle Mechanic

We have an experienced bicycle mechanic and workshop that can take care of all your bicycle servicing needs.

We maintain and service bikes of all makes and models including commuters through to high-end racing bikes with the latest electronic groupsets.

Same day service when pre-booked, member discounts, knowledgeable advice and priority servicing when you need it most.

We have an enthusiastic and highly excitable racing team covering many rider levels.

Most of our racers are master's level racers looking for a challenge and goals to work towards - and they welcome new members to train and race with!
